Cancellation policy: We truly value your business and appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. We know that life happens, and we’ll always do our best to be understanding in the case of emergencies or sudden illness. Appointment reminders are sent via text or email—whichever you prefer—3 days before your visit. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may require a deposit to rebook. No-shows without notice may result in being unable to reschedule or needing a deposit for future appointments.
