Cancellations
We truly value your business and appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. We know that life happens, and we’ll always do our best to be understanding in the case of emergencies or sudden illness. Appointment reminders are sent via text or email—whichever you prefer—3 days before your visit. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may require a deposit to rebook. No-shows without notice may result in being unable to reschedule or needing a deposit for future appointments. Thank you for respecting our time, our work, and the care we give to each of you.
Service Adjustments
At Louis Charles & Co., our goal is simple: we want you to leave loving your look. If you have any concerns, please reach out within 3 days of your visit so we can address them. While we don’t offer refunds on services, we’re happy to make adjustments within 7 days of your original appointment. Please note that if an additional service is needed to achieve your desired result—one not included in your original booking—standard pricing will apply.
Returns + Exchanges
We’re happy to offer full exchanges on all products. If something isn’t the right fit, we’ll gladly help you find one that is. Hair care product returns receive full credit toward another purchase or a gift card of equal value. Hair dryers, curling irons, and flat irons may be returned within 14 days in their original packaging. Please note, custom-ordered hair extensions are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
